Oonagh works throughout Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties as a mobile sports and remedial massage therapist, Equine Body Worker® and Reiki healer. Other treatments available include massage during pregnancy, Traditional Thai Yoga massage, Indian Head Massage & Reiki healing.

Sports and remedial massage therapy can have a profound effect on pain (both acute and chronic), stiffness and problems including sciatica, back pain, neck pain and more. As well as reducing pain and helping to restore function to soft tissues massage can help you to achieve better sports performance as well as assisting in the prevention of injury through repetitive strain and soft tissue fatigue.

Therapeutic massage can be an effective alternative or supporting therapy to other therapeutic disciplines such as osteopathy and physiotherapy. Oonagh uses her skills together to provide the best treatment for each individual and their particular situation. Oonagh aims to assist in restoring and improving health.
