As an Equine Body Worker Oonagh is qualified to give sports massage to horses, she combines massage techniques with myofascial release, stretching and range of motion exercises with remedial exercise as required. Equine bodywork can be extremely beneficial when used alongside proper training methods to prevent injury and promote a healthy partnership between horse and rider.
