Testimonials

“After the first craniosacral treatment with Oonagh, baby Theo slept through the night for the first time which gave me a chance to catch up on some sleep as well. He was 8 weeks old at the time and suffering from colic pains following every feed which clearly distressed him. Since this first session he has been a much happier baby and we have seen Oonagh a few more times. He continues to be more settled afterwards and continues to progress well without colic.”

“Correct organization and movement of physical structure, and correct energy flow through the tissues of that structure are a huge part of what makes riding work.  With access to these,  schooling becomes beneficial, meaningful and even joyful for horse and rider. And every now and then it’s magical! Oonagh’s evolving skills offer both horse and rider a freer, more connected, better balanced body to work with.  I have been treated by her, and have coached riders and horses whom she treats regularly, and cannot recommend her enough.  I chose her specifically to come and work with advanced riding coaches this year.” (Jan 2011)

“Many years ago I twisted my back in a riding accident and have since received various treatments to keep me on my feet.  I met Oonagh 4 years ago when she started coming into the College where I work to give massages to any of the Staff who wanted to take advantage of this.  I had two frozen shoulders at the time and my Doctor thought that physiotherapy might help. I have been having a regular monthly massage and found this to be very beneficial not only for the shoulders, I have now made a full recovery, but also for my back pain which is much improved as the massage helps to keep me aligned properly whereby reducing the tension and so the pain.  I now regularly enjoy ballroom dancing, playing tennis and swimming all of which had proved very difficult in the past.  Many thanks Oonagh.”
